Mekong giant catfish

Pictured to the right is one of the kings of huge piscatorial creatures, the Mekong giant catfish (Pangasianodon gigas). It can get up to 10' long and weigh as much as 660 pounds.

As the AP reported, these are now a critically endangered species.
