Blue catfish: 124 pounds

Above we see Tim Pruitt from Alton, Illinois with a 124-pound blue catfish he caught on the mighty Mississippi.

The International Game Fish Association will reportedly certify it as a world record for the state and other classifications.

Stats: 58" long, 44" around
